We had a fantastic stay overall! The combination of resort-style amenities with the spaciousness of a condo was perfect for our group. The location in Princeville offers beautiful views and easy access to beaches. However, be prepared for some noise from the local wildlife at night and check-in could be a bit smoother. The value for money is quite good considering the space and facilities available.

Our apartment was very nice, well equipped with a large bedroom, a separate balcony, and two complete bathrooms. It was spacious enough for all five of us, and surprisingly comfortable!

The team was really helpful, especially George, who took great care of us despite a small hiccup at check-in. The staff all around the property were friendly and assisted us with our luggage as needed.

The location in Princeville is incredible with beautiful views and close proximity to the beaches on the north shore of Kauai. It's a great spot for exploration!

Our family had a really unfortunate experience with the management regarding our reservation during a difficult time. However, one of my favorite stays was when we celebrated our anniversary, which was absolutely perfect with stunning views and great unit amenities. The inconsistency in service during different visits raises concern, but the beautiful surroundings definitely add a special touch to the resort.

The Hanalei Bay Resort is beautifully situated with stunning grounds and beaches that are definitely a highlight. While some aspects of my stay were quite enjoyable, the service left much to be desired, making for a frustrating experience overall. The rooms were clean and spacious, but with outdated elements. Dining options could be improved significantly, as the restaurant's food did not justify the high prices.
